On Saturday mornings from 1973 to 1993 American children learned about our nation's history by learning and singing the lyrics to Schoolhouse Rock's catchy music America Rock songs. Tunes such as The Shot Heard Round the World, Preamble, I'm Just a Bill, and Sufferin' Till Suffrage delighted and educated a generation of young people.
