Important Information
2. We did AWESOME at McTeacher's Night. We raised around $730. Thank you to all who helped and all who participated. Each person who worked will get $50 per shift worked!!!
3. I will do another Facebook Live reading on Monday, April 1.
4. I will read the same story for our YouTube channel and upload that on that day or the next as well. I would love for anyone who is interested to read a story for the channel. I have heard from a couple of you who would be interested. :)
5. April 2 is Election Day--the road behind the IC will be closed so for any of you who normally use that in the AM, you will need to choose a different route.
6. WatchDOGS & SuperMOMS April calendar is attached. Right now we only have one for the month.
7. Staff BINGO begins on Monday! See your mailbox for more info.
Super ULTRA Important Information :)
I always try to take one thing I learn from a training and see how that can help me. From our last RP training I took the Honest Expression tool. That doesn't mean that that will work for you; it is what I am choosing to do.
All I ask is that we always be growing and looking to improve. It is my job to help all of you to grow into the best versions of yourselves and I will continue to do that until they get rid of me. :)
We are not going full-blown "Trauma" or "Restorative Practices"; quite frankly, we don't have the staff and the resources to do either effectively. But know this, I will ALWAYS expect all of us to do our best and when it isn't good enough, we will find another way. When you know better, you do better.
