- By the end of the 22-23 school year, the 8 indicators of the Nichols Learner Profile will be embedded into the campus culture through campus communications and school-wide/campus activities.
- By the end of the 22-23 school year, we will decrease the number of students who do not meet the 90% compulsory attendance rate from 14% to 11% through targeted intervention provided by the homeroom teachers and campus staff.
- By the end of he 22-23 school year, 72% of all students in grades K-5 will be on or above the 40th percentile on the MAP Math Assessment.
- By the end of the 22-23 school year, 72% of all students in grade K-5 will be on or above the 40th percentile on the MAP Reading Assessment.
- The staff at Nichols would like to thank the Nichols Community and the Nichols PTA for providing pies!
- Our Nichols Thanksgiving Parade was a great success! Thank you for helping your children so they could participate!
- Nichols had the best attendance out of the 80 Elementary Schools on the Friday before the Thanksgiving Break and the Monday after the Thanksgiving Break! Thank you for getting your children to school every day!

Wednesday, December 14th is the Last Day to Join PTA so that your child's class can get Pizza for their Holiday Party!
2023 Early Dismissal Days
These five Teacher Planning Time/Student Early Dismissal Days are:
- January 25th
- February 15th
- April 12th
- May 17th
Breakfast and sack lunches will be provided on these days. For families who need it, adult supervision will be available at all elementary schools, so students can remain on campus until the end of the normal school day. Learning Tree will continue to be available for those students who are enrolled.
