How AIDS is treated and diagnosed
There are drug treatments for AIDS that can slow down the symptoms but not everyone can afford these medicines. There is no cure for AIDS at this time. To be diagnosed with aids there must be a positive HIV test and signs of bad white blood cells that get worse.

There are ways to be safe and not get AIDS
- Practice safe sex
- Do not share drug needles
- Talk to a doctor before having a baby
- Protect your skin, eyes, mouth if you are around blood
