Veteran’s Day Assembly
I want to thank all of the veterans who attended our assembly on Monday. It was an honor to welcome so many veterans who are connected to the Munhall community and have an opportunity to express our gratitude, while also providing a meaningful learning experience for our students. I want to thank Mrs. Kaye, Mrs. Borkowski, Mrs. Hammons, Mrs. William, Mrs. O’Hara, Mrs. Brown, the Student Council members, our 5th grade students, and Mrs. Fronk’s class for their active role in the assembly.
PTO Family Reading Night
I hope many of our Munhall families are able to attend our PTO Munhall Family Reading Night next Thursday. The event begins at 6:30. This family event is organized to help promote a love of literacy and create family experiences that support the exploration of different genres.
Parent-Teacher Conference Sign-up
Parents can currently sign-up for Fall Conferences. This year Fall Conferences are held on Monday, November 25th from 8:00-8:00 and Tuesday, November 26th from 8:00-12:00. To sign up for conferences, please login into your Home Access Center (HAC) account. Parents can sign up for conferences through November 22nd.
Pre-Arranged Absence Form
Please remember if you’ve planned a vacation that will pull your child out of school, please submit a pre-arranged absence form to the main office. Forms can be found in the vestibule at our main entrance, and on the district website.
Have a great weekend!

Student Council
Munhall Student Council would like to announce that our first Spirit Day Fundraiser of the year will be on Friday November 22, 2019! All money raised will be donated to the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans. Last year we raised $500 for them! Can we reach that goal again?
