Self Care

Dear Staff, Students, & Families,

We hope that this letter finds you all well and safe. As we have all made the transition to a new way of life, we know that this different routine may bring your family some challenges. Our goal is to help with those challenges in any way we can. We would like to bring you bi-weekly newsletters to try and spread some positivity, information, and resources on a variety of topics.

For our first topic, we would like to focus on self care. We hope you enjoy this information and that it helps in some way. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
