Mitchell County Schools Go 1:1
Greenlee has made the adjustment of being 1:1 in the classroom. The teachers and students enjoy using iPads to enhance classroom lessons. In the picture below, Carrie Duncan's class is learning about the life cycle of Monarch Butterflies while using technology!
Morning Announcements are a Success!
Second graders are a filming morning announcements with green screen technology! Announcements are broadcasted school wide and include school updates, pledge, lunch menu and more!
Student Interns
Greenlee Primary has three student interns this semester. Student interns work closely with teachers and students to gain further knowledge in Early Childhood Education. Interns below are Megan Dellinger, Emma Duncan, and Caitlin Duncan.
First Grade Field Trip to Fender's Farm!
First graders enjoyed the first field trip of the year. Field trips are a key component to school instruction, and they broaden educational experiences by making subjects more relevant.
