Zoom Updates

Unexpected Absence:

  1. Give your OM or designated person/s at your building scheduling access in your Zoom account. Click here for directions. It is recommended to complete this step as soon as possible.
  2. In the event of an unexpected absence, the designated scheduler will
  • Schedule a new Zoom meeting for the absent employee.
  • Designate an administrator AND substitute as “alternative host.”
  • Ensure the new link is added to Seesaw or Canvas. In addition to school administrators, Seesaw Site Admin and Canvas Site Admin have the ability to post the new link on those platforms.
