Playing outside is good not inside?

All of you will not be angry and you will not break anything in the house. 50% of kids stay indoors and play on their phones and gaming systems. Tensed and stressed? Head for the trees. One study found that students sent into the forest for two nights had lower levels of cortisol — a hormone often used as a marker for stress — than those who spent that time in the city. In another study, researchers found a decrease in both heart rate and levels of cortisol in subjects in the forest when compared to those in the city. "Stressful states can be relieved by forest therapy," they concluded. Among office workers, even the view of nature out a window is associated with lower stress and higher job satisfaction. When I am stressed I go outside and play outside.!!! You will be smarter because you learn outside a lot of the time and you have fun.

"The experience of play changes the connections of the neurons at the front end of your brain," says Sergio Pellis, a researcher at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada. "And without play experience, those neurons aren't changed," he says.

Some people might say staying inside is better then going outside and you stay warm and dry. Study's shows that playing outside Is better you will get less fat and stress out and your bones will be big and have muscles and your hormones are not going to be so high. And kids in the city stay inside but kids in the woods go out side and play all the time so go outside when it is sunny and in the rain but be careful and don't get hit by lightning. and do not get in trouble by your parents ok so it is not my fault.!!!
