Columbian Exchange vs. Internet

what are some differences?
- difference in time periods.
- made/used for different reasons.
- different types of items they use.
- traveling to different places for different reasons.
Some Similarities ...
- both types used to travel.
- used for important reasons.
- they both deal with agriculture.
- we eat foods from all around the world.
Technology (currently)
This is a type of internet or device we use today this isn't a traveling device, but this is what we call internet
present day.
Car (traveling)
This is a car we use today, we don't need horses or people to push us we use a gas pedal. we travel today to get to work, our friends house, etc.
Wagon (traveling)
This is what they use to travel. they used this to travel to trade for crops and needed items to survive.

The government was encouraged by the idea of trade. it’s a way to gain wealth From the 15th through the 18th centuries and was the push behind much of the exploration and colonization of other lands and many of the wars that happened during that time.What is Capitalism ?
"an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state."
Capitalism also deals with trading, trading was a big thing back then. that's what helped them survive...
they would trade instead of "buying" because they didn't have money or able to print or make money.
