Justice!
THE most important leadership trait
Leaders Who Show Justice....
- play fair
- do not play favorites
- keep anger and emotions OUT of their decisions
- Judge others by what they do
- Keep their standards high, but help those who fall short of them
Examples of these Leaders:
Judge Judy
- As a Judge, she must listen to each case from both sides and think deeply in order to make a rational decision
- She must keep any anger or emotion outside of the court room so that both sides of the case have equal opportunity to tell their sides and have sensible decision made
President Obama
- As President he must look at what others do and come up with the best punishment for them
- This occurs when terrorist or extremist groups make offenses against our country
- His job as president is to being justice to the American people by hunting down and punishing those who make attacks towards our country
A School Teacher!
- Teachers must show justice towards the kids by not having favorite students or treating any of them unequally
- They must judge each student off of what he or she does and not off of how other students act around them
- They must keep the classroom fair and not favorable towards any one kid or group of kids
