Challenge to Change
To offer some light + positivity during this time, we would like to offer our communities 💙FREE💙 online access to Yoga and Mindfulness practices for students, teachers and parents through April 13th!
Our hope is that these practices will offer some peace of mind during an uncertain time and create a fun way for families to connect with one another at home.
Use these videos and tools as a way to break up the day, create a new morning routine, or maybe ask your young yogi to teach you what they learned in their school yoga program!
