Transforming Source Material: We have watched how MacBeth has been transformed through different source material. Now, you will take on the role of the author and transform a classic fairy tale or fable into another genre.
- Step #1: Choose a fairy tale or fable that you are familiar with
- Step #2: Think about the conflict, setting, characters, and elements of the story. How might you change the genre?
- Step #3: Rewrite your story so that it contains the same events but different characteristics of the new genre.
- Step #4: Share out with the class (This will be done Friday)
