Reading for the Second Sunday in Lent

Transfiguration of Jesus

Matthew 17:1-9

It is on the mountain that Jesus’ identity is revealed in history and eternity. He is witnessed in the company of Moses and Elijah, representing the Law and the prophets of the Old Testament. Peter, James, and John hear the voice of the Divine proclaiming, as at his baptism, that Jesus is the beloved Son of God.

Prayer: All too often, my reluctance to let go trumps my trust in you. Please take away my fear.

Growing Up Digital

On Thursday March 2nd, a group of OLPH parents, Mme Gagnon and myself have attended a very interesting presentation titled ''Growing Up Digital'' by Dr. Michael Rich, Pediatrician. Growing Up Digital Alberta is a collaborative research project that examines the scope of the physical, mental and social consequences of digital technologies on Alberta's children and youth. I invite you to take a look at the following website to find answers to many questions you might have in regards to your child's use of technology in their daily lives.

If you are concerned about your children's access to WIFI at home...

Here is a new way to control your family's connected devices.

Pancake breakfast for Shrove Tuesday and Cabane à sucre.

Thank you so much to all the parents who helped create this special memory for our students!
