Nixa Early Childhood 2021-2022

Mrs. Christina Collins

Ms. Christina's Class

Ms. Christina's class is located at the Early Childhood Center (ECC).

Mrs. Christina received her teaching degree at MSU and taught for Branson School for 16 years. Mrs. Christina joined the Nixa Early Childhood in 2019 and has a passion for nurturing children and helping them have successful learning experiences. She and her husband have raised two sons and have since, added to their family through foster/adoption. Through her work with children in foster care, she developed an interest in nurturing children's social-emotional development, helping them to overcome trauma and guiding them to establish positive social relationships and emotional well-being. By investing her time in early childhood special education, she is able to share her love of learning and help children of all abilities to reach their potential and start their journey as life-long learners.

Please contact Dr. Wilbur at larawilbur@nixaschools.net if you have questions regarding your child's class placement.
