CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CREATIVE WRITING TEAM MEMBERS THAT PARTICIPATED IN STATE COMPETITION LAST WEEKEND!!!!

Three members of the Jackson High School Creative Writing Team participated this past Saturday, 5/22, in the JustWrite State Tournament. To qualify, students had to score well at the regional tournament back in December. The team traveled to the University of Findlay and competed against around 200 other writers from across the state. Each writer was given three prompts and genres and had to come up with original stories in 45 minutes per round. Congratulations to Celia Conner (10th), Elias McEaneney (11th), and James Dalton (12th) for qualifying! If you're interested in joining the team next year, reach out to Mr. Rozler!
