Stress-A normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way.
Causes of Physical Stress
Respiratory System: Stress makes breathing harder and is not a major problem unless you have asthma or lung disease. Which could lead to a way more serious problem.
Nervous System: When threatened nervous system releases a flood of stress hormones including adrenaline and cortisol. The hormones in your body leads to an emergency action.
Other Reaction: Heart Pounds Faster, Blood Pressure Rises, Senses become Sharper. These physical changes increase your strength and stamina.
Causes of Mental Stress
Emotional Changes: Experience different feelings such as anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, or depression. With multiple emotions can lead to physical symptoms, giddiness, heart palpitations, headaches, or even stomach disorders.
Behavioral Changes: Stress can change how you behave. Symptoms could be to become withdrawn or indecisive. Yo may not be able to sleep the same or you could become irritable and tearful. Verbal and physical aggression could be an effect also.

Divorce-Causes a lot of emotional stress not only on the spouses, but the children involved. children tend to feel a bit of turmoil (Disturbance or Confusion).
Moving- Even if moving to a better place the disruption of your daily routine is affected and causes stress due to adjusting to the new place and packaging all of your belongings.
