2021-2022 School Year Information Form

Please take a moment to complete this form (survey) for Signal Hill so that we can best plan and prepare for the 2021-2022 school year! We know that there is also a PWCS survey and we ask that you also complete this survey as this information is used for planning purposes in a different way. Our survey will help us know who is returning next year and in what capacity. It will also allow us to know who will be transferring schools or moving out of state.

Student Devices

REMINDER - We will be collecting student devices in June! Please see the pictures below to help you identify the appropriate device and accessories for a quick and easy return!

Device Loan Agreements

As a reminder, the PWCS Parent-Teacher Handbook and Prince William County's Responsible Use Policy Regulation 295-1 have been included in the newsletter for your review. Please take a few moments to review and familiarize yourself with these two documents.

A few items we would like to emphasize are as follows:

(1) Student devices and access to the internet is for instructional purposes only and are not to be used for recreational activities.

(2) Once the student device is returned, all personal information or data that the student stored on the device will no longer be accessible.

(3) Parent/Guardian will reimburse Prince William County Schools (via Signal Hill Elementary School) for the cost of repairs and/or replacement should the student device be lost, stolen or damaged. The cost incurred will not exceed the original cost of the device and it's accessories. Parent/student agrees to contact the school within 5 days so that appropriate procedures can be put into action to ensure replacement. If a device is lost or stolen and the replacement cost places a financial hardship, the parent/guardian must contact the school to determine a solution to this difficulty.
