BCE Read-A-Thon
Brushy Creek Elementary fundraiser is currently in progress. This is NOT a PTA sponsored event. All the money earned from our read-a-thon will go directly to our campus budget.
Read-a-thons actually get your reader excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage your child to read even more.
Students will earn prizes for the minutes/donations they receive. Some prizes include eating lunch with the principal and being entered into a drawing to silly string the admin team. Students will also have the opportunity to read here at school. We are dedicating three Fridays for students to read thirty minutes. They can record these minutes into their log.
We encourage you to activate your reader’s account today by clicking on https://www.read-a-thon.com/readers/r/jbwVLz/1 and following the simple instructions.
We've chosen Read-a-thon because it will not take much of your time, gives your child a reason to read and helps in the development of stronger reading skills.
We hope EVERYONE participates.
Thanks so much,
Brushy Creek Elementary
