Hillcrest Family Newsletter
September 25th, 2020
What a Great Week 4!
Thank you to the PTO Board and all parents who attended our first virtual PTO meeting of the year. These meetings are for EVERYONE and we need some creative thinkers to help us navigate bringing families together without our usual face to face events. We hope to see you next month!
A special note to be aware of how your child is feeling everyday before sending them to school. If students have symptoms of COVID-19, it is always better to keep them home and consult your pediatrician before sending them back to school.
We are postponing our Community Day and Husky Hustle until we can plan events that comply with COVID-19 mitigations. We promise it will still be fun...we just don't know what it will look like, yet!
Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy wonderful fall in Wisconsin!
Scrip: Raise Right App
Scrip has a new app that allows for instance eGift Cards. Download the Raise Right App and begin helping support our school; cards are instant so if you are at a store you can purchase a card and checkout; earning Hillcrest money on the spot!

Use the enrollment coed: FD5A9L5F1LL55 to connect to Hillcrest!
Traditional Scrip physical cards will continue throughout the year as well beginning in October.
September PTO Recap
This is a way to be able to connect with other families. Please fill out this directory form to be included in our PTO directory! Click here to fill out the form. After much discussion, we will not be including teacher's names so that year to year families do not need to refill out the form, and grades can automatically be adjusted; one less thing to do in September! If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Thank you to all who attended our first PTO meeting, our apologies for not making it clear that our meeting was only virtual. 2020 has brought new challenges; however it has also brought many new opportunities. As this year progresses PTO is looking for ways to best support the entire Hillcrest community; families, staff & students. Please send any ideas you have for ways we can support any member of our community. We are working on a video recap, watch next week's newsletter for the recap!
Thank you to all our attended Culver's night; in person, through curbside pick up or through the drive through! It was a busy night and we are continually thankful for this partnership! Also, thank you to Shelby Vossekuil for organizing this year's Culver's Nights!
