Principal's Newsletter
From the desk of Mrs. McDevitt
October 29, 2020
We had a wonderful Halloween celebration today organized by Mrs. Ranieri, Mrs. Migatz and our student council. Monsignor Duncan met the younger students in the cafeteria for a Halloween parade and treat. Remember there is no school tomorrow. We will begin our winter uniforms on Monday.
Please review the newsletter. It is filled with important dates and upcoming events.
Have a good weekend!
Mrs. Sandra McDevitt
Daily Health Monitoring
Parents remember to monitor your child's health everyday. The attached link will provide guidelines to help you. If your child is not feeling well, you do have the option to switch to virtual learning while your child is home. The first day home will be a sick day. Please contact the office. If you need virtual learning while home sick, please contact the homeroom teacher and myself. The teacher will get your child online in a reasonable amount of time. If your child is going virtual they must follow the virtual learning guidelines. Children are not permitted to come in and out of classes. It is too disruptive for teachers and students. Please follow these guidelines. We are happy to make the arrangements depending on each circumstance.
If anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of Covid, please have your child work from home and contact your physician. Please be aware of community spread of Covid and follow all protocols so that we can keep each other healthy and safe.
When you are picking up your children, please have your mask on and do not stand in groups. Please remain in or near your car. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Please make sure that you touch base with you doctor if your child has any symptoms. You must have a doctors note if your child is out sick for 3 or more days. If a Covid test is taken, please contact us with the results.
