Whether you have done Pilates before or just getting started, Mindi will take you through the basics of how to progress and challenge yourself as you go. Building core strength, working on overall flexibility and some stretching is her go to in every class. We will laugh and have fun as we work through the Pilates method. You will move your body and feel better than when you walked in. Classes will be 50 minutes. Some small props may be added to enhance certain connections. Please bring your own mat. Mindi can work through injuries with modifications, but please be sure to let her know of injuries or anything else before you get started so you can have the best experience possible. **Pilates mats preferred as yoga mats are a little too thin to work Pilates movements on the wood floors.

***In winter months, classes will not be cancelled. You will be sent a zoom link to attend from the comfort of your home.
