Krav Maga & Jiu Jitsu
Now offered at Nantucket Cycling and Fitness
Jules (Head Krav Instructor) and I have talked at length about the best way to make this transition work. Our programming and scheduling requires us to work around an already existing and very busy business. We have decided to break the programming and scheduling into two sections. The first will be from now until early September working around the existing fitness class schedule at NC+F. And the second will run from mid-September thru mid-June, which will be scheduled and programmed to work as an after school and weekend program. The scheduling and programming that you see now, will only run thru early sept. We will send out the Fall/Winter/Spring program info in late August.
All reservations and pricing can be found here. The kids Krav programs have their own "drop-in card" options, which can be purchased in our online store. Cards can be shared with siblings. Adult Krav and Adult Jiu Jitsu are considered the same as our fitness classes, so our regular drop-in card options are needed to make a reservation and these can also be found in our online store.. Student rates available. Please email for info.
Please note that the following change that is very different from the past Krav program. Due to liability and safety, parents and non-particiapants will not be allowed in the Fitness Room while classes are session. Parent are encouraged to drop off or we have an entry way with seating where parents can wait and watch through the glass door while class is in session. Younger siblings may stay but must remain with a parent/caregiver and may not run free through the building. Unsupervised children in our building creates liability and safety concerns so we ask that this policy be respected. We really appreciate everyone cooperation.
A Message from Jules (Head Krav/Jiu Jitsu Instrcutor)
I’m excited to join such a skilled and enthusiastic group of instructors. I can’t wait to reconnect with old students, and welcome new ones. I look forward to expanding the outstanding class selection at NC+F with exciting new options for kids and adults, aged four to ninety-four.
