On Wednesday, we celebrated the Administrative Assistant Professional Day. Any organization’s success is dependent upon a strong team of professionals whose duties and responsibilities support all operational aspect of the organization.

In the Hudson Public Schools, we are fortunate to have a wide range of professionals who support our schools and central office every day. Our Administrative Assistants are an integral part of our buildings’ operations, including being the welcoming voice and face to our families, students, staff, and visitors.

Please join me in congratulating our Administrative Assistants for the work that they do for the Hudson Public Schools in support of our students and families.

Mrs. Suarez and Ms. Souza's Spanish and Portuguese classes helped gather food donations for the Hudson community. Their teachers were so proud of their efforts and the difference they made in the community with kindness and compassion, that they treated them to a breakfast day! The food was delicious, accompanied by Brazilian and Spanish music, and later followed up with outside play time.

Congrats to the members for the QMS Jazz Combo for bringing some traditional jazz to the middle school lunches on 4/13 and 4/14 to celebration “APRIL- Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM)” under the direction of Quinn band director, Michelle Drapeau. Killer Joe (1959) by Benny Golson and Splanky (1958)by Neal Hefti were performed by:

5th: Elly Cheung (Flute), Caitlyn Gordon (French horn), Connor Millette (Alto Sax/Piano), Zach Petersen (Drumset)

7th: Carl Hart (Alto Sax), Mia Graffeo (Trumpet)

They will be performing at Quinn’s Spring Band Concert on Wed, May 3rd along with grade level bands at QMS, 7pm.

The scouts of Hudson Troop 77 and Hudson Troop 2 invite the community to an all-you-can-eat BBQ fundraiser, benefiting Scouting activities and community service projects. The event will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at JACOBS HALL located in the Marlboro Masonic Building at 8 Newton Street, Marlborough, MA. Participants can enjoy endless food catered by Stevie’s Cafe, including vegetarian and gluten free options, for $20 per adult (11+) and $15 per child (10 and under).
