Every School Partnership

Can churches and schools really work together? Can churches act as great partners to the local schools and the other nonprofits helping our local schools? Everyone working with schools wants every student and faculty member to have an incredible experience at their school. This is best accomplished by having the school be a place students feel safe, their basic needs are provided for, and where all faculty have what they need to build a productive learning environment. All of this is done so that these students can be nurtured and prepared to be mature people and citizens of our communities, our city, and our nation. There is something amazing when we unify over a common idea. Through the Every School Partnership, we will positively impact not only our schools, but the neighborhoods around those schools, our communities, and the city itself.

Every School Partnership Update: Carmichael Elementary School BBQ

On Tuesday, August 11th, Crossroads Church in Carmichael partnered with Carmichael Elementary School to host a back-to-school BBQ for the children and their families. Members of Crossroads Church in Carmichael were able to help with registration at the event, and were able to interact with every family who came to celebrate and prepare for the upcoming school season. Crossroads Church has been working with Carmichael Elementary for over a year now and hope to continue to strengthen and grow this relationship for many years to come. Stories of Service: Folsom Community Service Day

Over 1,500 volunteers hit the Folsom streets on Saturday, September 19th in the City of Folsom's 2nd annual Community Service Day. Volunteers met at Lakeside Church for a breakfast and then went out to complete over 28 service projects all around the city. Several local churches, non-profits, community organizations and businesses came together with the city to make this service day the biggest one yet. Thank you to everyone involved in making Folsom a better place to live!

Bayside Church is unleashing 8,000 volunteers into projects in and around the greater Sacramento region to love and serve communities in tangible ways.
