Principal's Message
I hope you had a fun and safe Labor Day weekend!
Please continue to check your myStudent Parent Portal for messages and up to date information on your student's attendance and discipline. We are assigning consequences for student tardies. Students who are out of dress code are being asked to change clothes. Cell phones out during instructional time are being confiscated after a warning has been given.
Superintendent's Messages:
This summer, the Pasco County School Board passed an updated student cell phone policy. Due to concerns regarding inappropriate posts and threats, mental health concerns, and the loss of instructional time, the new policy limits the use of cell phones during the school day. Cell phones may be used only during passing and lunch. At no time are they to be out during class unless instructed to do so by the teacher. (See video and infographic below for more information.)
Sports:
All Season Passes can be purchased on GoFan and are good for all home games.
They cannot be used for preseason games or the state playoffs.
Prices are as follows:
STUDENT- $30
ADULT- $40
FAMILY PASS (UP TO 5 family members)- $100
Bulldog PRIDE:
Our behavior, academic, and conduct standards are exemplified through Bulldog PRIDE.
PRIDE stands for
Proud
Respectful
Individual Thinker
Dedicated to Academics
Engaged
Closed Campus:
ZHS is a closed campus. Students are expected to remain on campus for the entire school day and do not have permission to leave campus for food/lunch. Additionally, outside food, food delivery, and food sales is not allowed, as it jeopardizes our Free and Reduced Meal status. These deliveries will be refused.
We are Bulldog STRONG!
