My Future

My Brain Hemisphere

Left Brain Thinker

Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comftorable while using the left side of my brain. That means I am logical, sequintial, structered, and like things to be traditional. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more creativity, abstractness, and being artistic

My Personality Type

#1 Blue

I have blue personality type. That means that I am nurturing, so that if someone were to get hurt I would be the one to help them and make them feel better. I am gunuine and trustworthy, and a peacemaker. On a sports team I am the one who is lifting the teams spirits and giving them good feedback, and complimenting on their effort. I am emotional and friendly, so I tend to be more social. I tend to think of others and how they might feel about what I say or do, so if I had to fire someone I would try to be as friendly as possible and then give them the bad news. When my friends describe me most would say I am a good caring friend, and that is why my personality is blue.

When making decisions I tend to make them indecisive and follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, action oriented, and am often motivated by acceptance by peers and avoid conflict. Others may see my decision making as too concerned about others, can't make hard decisions, and I can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision is one that allows forwell-designed, people oriented collegial settings.
