Counselor Appreciation Week

Staff, and students please take time to recognize our school counselor, Sarah Bennie. We refer to Mrs. Bennie as our intervention specialist. As such, her main responsibility is to help our students be successful as learners and social beings. She is most often seen supporting students who may be experiencing difficulties in the classroom or on the playground. All of our students know they can go to Mrs. Bennie as a trusted adult who will help them. Developing good study habits and social skills are her specialty. She visits classrooms delivering lessons about bullying, internet safety, personal safety, and conflict resolution. We are lucky to have such a dedicated and experienced expert on our staff. Thank you for all you do Mrs. Bennie!

Sincerely,

Deb McLaren
