Jk Library News
End of February
Love was in the air this month. I taught 83 classes and had 49 classes come in for quick check outs, and I loved every moment of it! We had lessons on poetry, story telling and author's purpose while the the younger kids practiced their writing. 2nd grade came in for their research unit on recycling.
Not only did I get to do lessons with our students, I also spent some time with the staff to teach them about Pear Deck. Pear Deck is a great tool that allows teachers to engage all of the students during lessons.
Hopefully March will be as lovely as February.
