This power has been asserted by the constitution and a The U.S. of House of Representatives is preparing to consider a bill — the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (PUCPA).
Where do our Political Parties stand on this particular issue?
Our Political parties stand in different sides of this particular issue, The Democratic Party platform states that abortion should be generally legal, supports the Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade, and supports the use of taxpayer funding to perform abortions. The Republican Party platform states that abortion should be generally illegal and supports a Constitutional Amendment that would assure pre-born humans the right to life.
Where does this particular entity get the authority to regulate this issue?
This power towards the government is limited but it has been regulated to this issue by the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.
Do you agree with this particularly entity should have control over this issue?
I do not think that the government should play any part in controlling a woman's ability to get an abortion. Unwanted pregnancies happen no matter what. I do not agree with an abortion, but I would never get one. I think that it is up to the parents to get one. It is safer to have abortions be legal. Also there are so many people in this world already and sometimes an abortion saves that potential person from a lifetime of hardship and unhappiness. Children should be brought into the lives of people who want kids.
