Grades
Also, all parents will get an informational letter in Wednesday folders that explains how to access 1st quarter grades in PowerSchool. We will NOT be printing grades for parents and will only do so upon special requests. When parents ask, please help send the message that grades need to be accessed online in PowerSchool as it is a more efficient way to access grades and will save the district thousands of dollars.
Staff Meeting - Wednesday, November 13
NEEDED: please bring an example of a technology lesson that you have used in the last year. It can be a lesson for any subject! We will be working in teams during this meeting and you will have a chance to share this lesson with your teammates. Don't worry about how fancy or complicated your lesson may have been; instead just pick one example. All lessons are welcome!
Thanks!

Emphasis on "Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible" Message
Our students need a greater sense of self-responsibility for their behavior. I am certain that an amped up message around "Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible" will help. At the same time, I don't want this to be a "witch hunt". We need to continue to have high expectations for behavior, but don't need to take it so far that it can't be managed. I appreciate your efforts in helping with this message! See me with questions.
