January 20, 2020 Is A Day On!
East Hampton 2030 Survey Open Until January 24
We invite you--teachers, staff, students, parents, and community members--to partner with us in the creation of the future district vision and mission for the East Hampton Public Schools.
Here are the three questions you will be asked with the survey link button below. You do not need to use sentences to answer the questions. Simply use words or phrases.
1. What matters most in our schools?
2. What skills and knowledge do students need to thrive in the future?
3. What should the classroom of 2030 look like? How will it be different from today?
Thank you for participating in the survey and partnering with us in opening doors to each child's future!
Dogs at Memorial
Fun Fact: the most dogs I ever had at one time was 9. I love dogs! Sebby, pictured above, currently rules my heart and our roost. He is an adopted 7 lb Yorkie with a 300 lb attitude who makes us laugh every day.
Empathy: I understand that not everyone loves dogs as much as I do for a variety of reasons including severe allergic reactions and fear of being knocked down or bit.
Taking Care of Others: As a community of learners, we have a shared responsibility to make sure that Memorial is physically and emotionally safe for everyone. Therefore, pets are not allowed on site/out of vehicles during the school day--beginning with arrival at 8:25 and dismissal through 3:30.
Thank you for respecting that even the friendliest dogs and cutest puppies can create unsafe conditions for some members of our learning community.
Respectfully,
Brandy
