Parents, please ALWAYS drop off and pick up on the right-side curb.
PICK UP ON THE RIGHT
Just a reminder to park on the right side if you are waiting for your scholars in the drive-thru lane. Drop off on the right, drive-thru on the left! :)
STAGGERED DISMISSAL
We have adjusted our staggered dismissal groups & times to ensure a safer, faster exit.
3:50- Walkers (all grades)
3:55- Bus Riders (all grades)
3:58- Car Riders (6th grade)
4:03- Car Riders (7th & 8th grade)
**Please remember to drive slowly out of the campus, and follow the direction of the staff members directing traffic.
All scholars are expected to cross the street at the light! Parents, please do not encourage your children to run across the street through traffic to get in your car. This is for their safety. We will help guide them to the traffic signal to cross. It will take an extra minute or so, but safety is always FIRST! Thank you for your help with this expectation. Let's work together for their safety.
CROSSING GUARD REQUEST
We want to thank our amazing staff members for assisting us with helping students to cross the street safely. We have put in a request with the City of Dallas to provide us an official crossing guard. We will keep you posted on their response. Thank you for your support!

We are AVID at ARSA!
We are very excited to be on track to become an AVID Site of Distinction at ARSA! We believe in the AVID mission to close the opportunity gap, so scholars can be prepared for college, careers, and life.
FAMILY AVID MOMENT:
We want our students to be agentic learners. This means we want them to know how they learn, set goals around their learning, and authentically engage in the learning process. Please ask your child(ren) the following questions:
- What class do you enjoy most and why?
- How do you study? What is the process? How do you know if the information stuck with you?
- What goals do you have for your grades this semester/year? How are you going to get there? What will you do if you get off track?
Please look out for details for our upcoming AVID Site Team meetings. Parents and students are encouraged to attend to learn more about AVID!
ARSA SEL Corner
