Balloon Fun at the Library -
Enjoy an afternoon of family fun with Bill “The Clown” Testerman, and his balloons on September 7 at 3 o’clock p.m. by the playground on the east side of the Anacortes Library, 1220 10th St. Watch Bill as he twists and turns balloons into animals, flowers, headbands and a variety of other shapes—maybe he can make a special one just for you! Bill also will teach participants how to re-create his magical shapes. In case of rain, the show will take place in the Library’s Community Room. Cupcakes will be served.
Friends of the Library is sponsoring this event as part of the festivities celebrating the Friends’ 50th anniversary of serving the Anacortes Library. The Friends is a not-for-profit, community-based organization that is dedicated to enhancing and improving the services offered to the public by the Library.
