Dog Days Dart Game Leaderboard
We are giving away $100 to the member with the highest Dart Score on the Ski Ergs. Remember to try out the dart game for your warm-up, cool-down, or during Open Gym times. To play you simply step onto the Ski Erg, select "games," and then click "Darts." Text Libba a picture of your screen at the end to be eligible for prizes. Even if you don't beat the high score send your picture to 334-618-5730. Prizes will be awarded for participation as well!

ALL IN Etiquette
While there are no hard and fast rules to abide by in all CrossFit gyms, here are a few commonly accepted practices that will make you a better classmate, member, and athlete.
- Stick with the Class - When it's time for the warm up, do the warm up. When it's time for the strength, do the strength. Each class has a flow...go with the flow! :)
- Give others space while lifting - When a classmate is getting set to begin a lift, step back, don't talk, and NEVER walk in front of them. This helps the lifter stay focused, and it helps maintain your own safety.
- Clean up when the workout is over - Try to wait until all the people around you are finished with the workout before breaking down your station. It can be a real kick in the pants to be struggling through the last round of a workout and be distracted by classmates taking apart barbells, putting up rowers, spraying disinfectant, etc. Wait just a few minutes until everyone is finished, and then clean up together. It's the nice thing to do.

Policies & Procedures
- Class reservations are required.
- A late cancel or a no-show counts as a used class.
- Notify us at least 24-hours before your billing date BY EMAIL if you want to cancel your plan.
- Do not come to the gym if you are sick in any way. Be a good person and protect others.
- Notify us if you test positive for COVID (or if you get a stomach bug, flu, etc.). We will then notify your classmates of the past 48 hours.
