Havel Family,

This week we had the opportunity to get our on-line learning platform up and running for our students. As we learn this together, my direction for the teachers has been to go slow, keep it as simple as we can, engage our students, and make a personal connection with them. If you have a question, please click the message button at the top of the schoology page and reach out to your child's teacher. :) There are lot of unknowns when it comes to education right now, but one thing you can count on is that our amazing teachers are here for you and our students. They are working tirelessly behind the scenes to help, assist, and provide meaningful enrichment activities.

If you have a tablet, iPad, etc.. once you have created your child's Schoology account, you can download the app and log in. I have attached directions from the Schoology website as a resource for you. One thing I learned was that there is NO NEED to enter a course access code, you did when you registered online. Just click the menu bar on the top left of the screen, go to courses, and you should be all set. :)

Virtual Spirit Week

We are hosting a "virtual" spirit week next week for our students. If you are able to participate, I invite you to please post pictures on our face book page or send them to me via messanger or email. Seeing photos of our students spreads sunshine and smiles to our teachers!

Spread Joy

If you are looking for something simple to keep the kids busy, why not spread a little joy? Have them create a rainbow and place it in the window facing the street. We would love if you send us pictures to show off your creations!
