The safety of all persons is of utmost importance and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

TECH ALERT....
Parent Resources
This year, we've used many programs on our chromebooks that enable each of our scholars to have individualized skill practice. Recently, we've been blessed to receive a grant for a new artificial intelligence program called "Amira" that listens to each child read and provides on the spot correction for improving fluency. There are also videos showing how the mouth moves and how to say the sounds and words correctly!
However, with an entire class of students reading to Amira at the same time, it's frustrating for the students to accurately hear and speak to their new friend Amira. If you could please purchase a new set of headphones with a microphone for your child, it would enable your child to take advantage of this cutting edge technology. Thank you!
