SAFETY ALERT....TES Traffic Flow Plan
Please be reminded of the TES Traffic Flow plan that is in place for the safety of all our scholars and staff. All car riders are to use parking lot B for morning drop off and afternoon pick up. Please follow these procedures to ensure scholars are safe when entering and exiting vehicles!
The safety of all persons is of utmost importance and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
You can view our traffic plan at the link below and if you have any questions, please contact the front office.
News You Can Use!
This year, we've used many programs on our chromebooks that enable each of our scholars to have individualized skill practice. Recently, we've been blessed to receive a grant for a new artificial intelligence program called "Amira" that listens to each child read and provides on the spot correction for improving fluency. There are also videos showing how the mouth moves and how to say the sounds and words correctly!
However, with an entire class of students reading to Amira at the same time, it's frustrating for the students to accurately hear and speak to their new friend Amira. If you could please purchase a new set of headphones with a microphone for your child, it would enable your child to take advantage of this cutting edge technology. Thank you!
