Food vs. Food
potato chips and kale chips
Potato Chips
Tasty, fried, and salty. Potato chips are a perfect spur-of-the-moment snack looking to find the right person to grab their bag an chow down in front of the television. High in fats and carbohydrates, this certainly tasty food is great in terms of taste but lacks longer term benefits.
Kale Chips
Crispy, baked, and nutrient rich. Kale chips provide a wonderful alternative to the oily temptation of other snacks. High in lots of vitamins and minerals, these snacks provide tons more benefits. Crispiness from baking and added spices give a satisfaction to cravings without the repercussions of eating things higher in bad fats.
