Blaster Ball

Want a free way to fill up your Friday evening? Sponsored by Reeve Union, the Rec Center and the SLIC, they present Blaster Ball! Similar to paintball, participants are given a mask and chest protection, and they must maneuver around inflated obstacles to shoot foam ball out of their guns at opponents! Super fun way to start off the weekend!
Study Abroad Fair

Another event promoting studying outside of the United States, the Study Abroad Fair is a great way to learn more about the many opportunities that UWO offers to study abroad! This fair will help provide you with resources about which trips are offered, the deadlines for each trip and more!
Black History Month Featured Film: Yeelen

Another event in the Black History Month series presented by the International Film Series and Black Student Union, Yeelen is about a child who is born with magical powers and embarks on a journey to escape the hindrances that held him back during his childhood. It is an acclaimed film that has earned many awards over the years.
Black Thursday Remembered

This is a discussion and remembrance of the events that transpired in 1968 when 94 African American students were a part of a demonstration on the Oshkosh campus. Sponsored by the Black Thursday Oral History Project and the Black Student Union.

UWO Assistant Professor Donald Heath in the Informational Services department will run through what this side of the web entails and even pull some dark, hidden things that you normally are unable to see. The fee is $30 to attend this event.

Speed Retreat

Not exactly like speed dating, but definitely much cheaper! This meeting offers members of student organizations insight in how to run their groups better! Workshops spanning 15 minutes in length will be put on, offering information about how to efficiently run your organizations!
