Halloween Celebrations!
The dance will serve as our Halloween celebration for the year. Costumes are welcome at the dance, but please know we will not have a separate costume day at Marie Murphy for Halloween.
Parent Teacher Conferences
A reminder that October 27th and 28th are half days of school and we will end the day at 11:00am.
Save the date: New Trier Math Qualifying Test- 6th Grade Only
What? The New Trier Township Math Qualifying Test (NTTMQT). This is an optional test for students who want to be considered for New Trier Math in 7th grade.
Who? This program is for students who demonstrate the highest competencies in mathematics as a sixth grader. The test is optional for students and should be taken by those students who are ready for the accelerated offering that New Trier Township Math offers in 7th grade.
More information will come via email next week.

Parking Lot News to Note
2. Please watch the crossing guard for the signal to exit the lot. People who use Illinois to cut through going east are getting stuck in our car line and pulling into oncoming traffic to go around the line. We have had a few close calls and I want to be sure we stay as safe as we possibly can.
