One is the wall stretch this will help you stretch your shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand. straighten your arm on a wall, have your palm face the wall, then open your chest. Then extend fingers and palm away from the wall. Your hand may tingle- this is okay. then try the other arm and repeat.
