Noble Gases

What are they?
The noble gases, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, and radon, make make up group 18 of the periodic table. The gases have the same characteristics such as; odorless, colorless, monatomic, and have very low chemical reactivity.
What are they used for?
The noble gases are found in:
- arc welding
- deep-sea diver's gas tanks
- light bulbs
