What is it?

What is communism? Everything is pubicly owned and shared equally. They believe that no one should have more or less than anyone else.

What's so great about it?

Everything is shared equally among the people. No one is seperated. Everyone is seen as equal in a sense. All workers in an area are paid the same amount of money, despite how hard they work.

Benefits for the Community

Prices on goods are decided as a group by the community, instead of the government deciding what the prices of each good is. This means that they can set lower prices on more needed goods.

History of Communism

Communism was an economical-political philosophy founded by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. They met in 1844 and found that they both had the same principals.

Where is Communism?

Today, the following countries are now communists: Cuba, China, Laos, North Korea, and Vietname.
