Chinese Silking
Silk is a valuable cloth made first in China. Silk was made from silk worms. Women took care of the silk worms until the they spun their cocoons. The women then took the cocoons, unwrapped them, and turned them into silk thread. They then turned the tread to cloth. Finally, they make the silk cloth soft by pounding them. Silk was a valuable cloth so only wealthy people could own silk robes.
