Farmigo Update for anyone interested
I just wanted to send everyone an update on Farmigo, as not everyone heard it at the PTO meeting last month. To maintain a Farmigo community at Spring Garden we need to maintain around 10 orders a week. We are significantly below that number and unless we are able to get closer to that number on a consistent basis they will no longer be able to support our community.
Although we do get 10% back if we hit a certain spend every week, we always saw this online farmer’s market as a health & wellness service rather than a fundraising opportunity. If it’s not something our school community has enough interest in that’s 100% ok. For those of us who are diehard Farmigo fans there are other local Farmigo communities we could join if our group is shut down. However, I’d just like to make sure that if we are shut down it’s because there isn’t enough interest, not because people weren’t aware of the offering.
So to that end, I’d like to make sure that we all get the word out to those who could be interested.
· If you’ve already used Farmigo once and would like to try it again there is a one-time use 20% off coupon for existing Farmigo members-SpringGardenHappyHolidays20. Go to our website by midnight tonight to get in order for this week: https://www.farmigo.com/market/springgardenschoolpto-nutley
· If you haven’t tried it and want to, ask a friend that that has already signed up to “Invite” you from their Farmigo login page-if you use their forwarded link you will get you 40% off of your first order and they will get a $10 credit after the first order is picked up!!
· Lastly, if you have signed up and know someone who would be interested, forward them the “Invite” from your logged in page.
