Are you looking for a way to keep your students engaged and learning outside the classroom? Look no further! Our FREE student enrichment classes are now open for enrollment, and we have many exciting topics for your students to choose from. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping students develop new skills and reach their full potential. Enrolling your students in our classes provides a fun and enriching learning experience and allows them to connect with fellow students who share their interests. Plus, did we mention that our courses are completely FREE? You never know who you might meet and what opportunities might arise from these connections. - All materials needed for a class are free and will be provided for registered participants
- An updated schedule with new and fun classes will be emailed out every month

Registration
How do I enroll my student?
- Look at the class descriptions below and find a class you like.
- Call the Family Resource Center offering the class and sign-up.
- If available, you can also use the registration link included in the description.
- We will verify your student's TUSD enrollment.
- Someone will contact you by phone or email to confirm your student is enrolled in the class.
- We will email you the enrollment forms or you can fill them out in person.
- Space is limited and registration is required.
- If you have questions, please call the Family Resource Center you are interested in attending.
Please Note: The Family Resource Centers will close for Winter Break. We will return calls, emails, and registration request the week of January 8-12. Thank you.
Class Schedule
Arts & Crafts for Young Minds (for students in grades 2-5)
We invite your wonderful kiddos to join Ms. Maria, our arts & crafts guru, for a fun time creating age-appropriate art projects! Students can take on one or multiple artistic displays in this two-part class. Have fun painting artwork using everyday household items to create unique shapes. Students can also create an art frame with seashells, paint, and their young imaginations.

Beauty in Bottles (for students in grades 7-12)
Unleash your creative side and join our Beauty in Bottles class! Have you ever considered repurposing glass bottles into works of art? If not, now is the perfect time to learn how. Join us for a fun experience where you'll discover how to turn a simple bottle into a masterpiece using paint, glue, mixed media, and your unique vision. It's a great way to express your artistic abilities and have a blast doing it. Take advantage of this chance to get creative!

Book Club- Budding Bookworms Read Along (for students in grades 2-4)
Reading is an essential skill that plays a crucial role in a child's education. We are excited to offer a literacy club that helps students improve their reading skills and build confidence through engaging and interactive sessions. Each student will receive a copy of the selected book to read with their teacher. As they progress through each chapter, they will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. By reading together and discussing new words and topics, students will improve their comprehension skills and develop a deeper understanding of the text. Our club encourages a love of reading and provides a fun and supportive environment for students to learn and grow.

Book Club- Lit Happens (for high school students)
This club allows students to expand their knowledge and engage in meaningful discussions with their peers. By immersing themselves in the latest New York Times Best Sellers and award-winning books, students will get a taste of various writing styles and gain exposure to diverse perspectives. Students who prefer a quieter reading experience can use this time as a Silent Book Club. This club provides a safe space for those who seek a peaceful reading environment. Students can join at any time, making it easy for everyone to participate. Above everything else, this is a way for students to develop a love of reading and bond with others over a shared interest. Native American Artistry (for students in grades 5-8)
Our art classes offer a unique opportunity to explore Native culture through hands-on art projects. Our experienced instructors will guide students through a different art project in each class while sharing the story behind the art and its cultural significance.
