Automatic Replies (Out of Office) should include the following details:
• The message should be concise, professional, and serious.
• Indicate the day(s) you will be out of the office and when you will return.
• Provide a point of contact for immediate assistance.
• Review for proper punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
Click here for more information on @11. You will need to be logged in to Canvas to access.
Employee Profile Sheets
If you are new to the ESC, you need to have a Profile Sheet created. To create a new Profile Sheet, please complete the ENTIRE form. Click here to access the form.
If you have already created your Profile sheet and need to update it, use this link. Only complete the fields that you wish to be updated on your profile sheet.
Mileage
Don't forget that your mileage logs are due each month. Make sure you are keeping track of your miles.
LEA Service Request
If you need to request updates or have a new course created in Canvas, you will need to complete this form for a service request with the RDSS team.
Print Shop and Listserv Request
When emailing a print request to the print shop, it needs to be sent to PrintServices@esc11.net.
For the time being, the easiest way to make sure that everyone on the communications team receives the listserv request is to send it to communications@esc11.net (this way, your email will notify four different people that you need assistance!).

Just a reminder that you must be visiting the ESC Region 11 Design Lab for all of your upcoming sessions and conferences. Here is the direct link to request time with the design lab. If you are wondering if you need to visit the design lab, please visit with your coordinator.

Exploring Our Strengths
Diving Deeper Into Our Strengths
We will explore how to invest in our talents on the job and look at the blind spots that we may not recognize with our strengths.
Consistency
Top: Gina Smith
Top 5 Strength: Indhira, Lauren, Lesley Cathey, Kayce, and Michelle
Invest In Your Connectedness Talent on the Job:
Make a list of the rules of consistency by which you can live. These rules might be based upon certain values that you have, or upon certain policies that you consider “non-negotiables” within your organization. Counterintuitively, the more clear you are about these rules, the more comfortable you will be with individuality within these boundaries.
Seek roles in which you can be a force for leveling the playing field. At work, or in your community, you can be a leader in helping provide disadvantaged people with the platform they need to show their true potential.
Cultivate a reputation for pinpointing those who really deserve the credit. Ensure that respect is always given to those who truly performed the work. You can become known as the conscience of your organization.
Find a role in which you can enforce compliance to a set of standards. Always be ready to challenge people who break the rules or “grease the wheels” to earn an unfair advantage for themselves.
Partner with someone with a strong Maximizer or Individualization theme. This person can remind you when it is appropriate to accommodate individual differences.
Keep your focus on performance. Occasionally, the Consistency theme might lead you to overemphasize how someone gets work done, and ignore what he or she gets done.
Blind Spots:
You are so committed to treating each person the same that you might forget that no two people are alike. Remember that different things motivate different people, and everyone has their own way of thinking and relating to others.
You may see yourself as a guardian of what is right and a champion against special treatment. Realize that others may reject you for assuming that responsibility and will want to bend the rules for the greater good.
Rules over results; try to standardize art; squashes creativity
