A School-Parent Compact for Achievement is an agreement that parents. students, and teachers develop together. It explains how parents and teachers will work together to make sure all our students reach grade-level standards.The parents and staff at Lindbergh School developed this School-Parent Compact for Achievement. Teachers from various disciplines (ESL, Special Education, & General Education) collaborated with parents on how to best enrich and build upon relationships, communication and overall decisions regarding our students. We look forward to building relationships in a positive and supportive manner.

• We will be utilizing Investigations which is a rigorous and focused K though 5 Mathematics curriculum that is aligned to the CCCS. The goal of Investigations is to develop computational fluency by which a student can develop a deep understanding of math and demonstrate flexibility in the methods they employ.
• We will be utilizing Fundations, a multisensory and systemic phonics, spelling and handwriting program that supports foundational reading, writing and language standards. The Fundations program will be utilized in the bilingual classrooms.
• LinkIt benchmark assessments are utilized to inform policy, instructional planning, and decision-making at the classroom, school and/or district levels.
• The after school program is implemented three days a week targeting ELA/Math, homework and SEL.
• Title I interventionists to provide targeted instruction and assist students within the classroom setting.
• Title I interventionists meet with parents and provide parent-training tools to help them work with their children at home.

• Offer math and literacy workshops during the school year for parents. Parents can collaborate with teachers on strategies that they can implement at home.
• Offer technology nights for parents to learn how to access and navigate Genesis, Class DoJo and Genesis.
• A New comers program to assist families navigate the educational process.
• Offer parents and students a Back-to-School-Night 'kick off' with fun activities and refreshments.
