Upcoming CISB Bond Information
At their Special Board Meeting on August 1, 2023, the Conroe ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to put four propositions on the November 7th ballot for a bond referendum. If voters approve Prop A and any combination of Props B, C, and/or D on November 7, there is a 2-cent anticipated tax rate increase to Conroe ISD residents in 2024-2025. Leading up to Election Day, you will continue to receive factual information about the upcoming bond. To learn more about Bond 2023, please visit www.conroeisd.net/bond or follow us on social media.
CISD Cell Phone Committee
Conroe ISD convened a committee to evaluate the District’s current cell phone guidelines and the recommendation by the School Health Advisory Council Mental Health Subcommittee. Parents, teachers, staff, and campus administrators are asked to respond to the survey below by Wednesday, September27th , at noon. The anonymous responses will be used to inform the Committee’s work. Learn more here.
Become a Library Volunteer!
The library is in need of parent volunteers to work one shift a week or one shift every other week. Library volunteers help check out books to students, return books to the shelves, and work on specials projects. Volunteering in the library is a great way to meet other parents and get involved with the school.
Morning Volunteer Shift
8:20 - 10:50 Classes include Grades 1-3.
Afternoon Volunteer Shift
1:10 - 2:50 Classes include Kindergarten and 4th grade.
Pre-K volunteers work on an as needed basis.
If you are interested in volunteering in the library, please complete the Conroe ISD Volunteer Application at https://apps.conroeisd.net/volunteer/ and email Mrs. Puller at kpuller@conroeisd.net.
CISD Cell Phone Committee Information
As you know, we are kicking off our District Cell Phone Committee to evaluate our current guidelines and recommendation by the School Health Advisory Mental Health Subcommittee. We have created a survey to allow all of our families to engage in this process and to help guide the committee as they work to evaluate our guidelines. This survey will close Friday, September 15th.
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZKLRV96
We have also created a website (https://www.conroeisd.net/school-cell-phone-committee/) to keep everyone updated throughout the process. We will post agendas, presentations, and any other information shared with the committee.

Hailey Watch DOGS!
WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. There are 2 primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program:
1. To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2. To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
We believe that all of us want the same things for our kids and these values unite us. This program serves to bring communities closer together based on these values-based goals. Ultimately, our purpose is to change the country for the better by doing our small part to provide support to our educators and encouragement to our children.
Follow the steps below to get started!
- Complete the CISD Volunteer Application.
- Contact Mrs. Dumlao to schedule a date to volunteer at mdumlao@conroeisd.net
- Optional: Order your official Watch DOG shirt at the Watch DOG store.
