  • Report Cards go home

Parents, we need your help!

As the cold/flu season is upon us, when a student is absent from school, parents should report an absence immediately to the school by leaving a message on the school's voice mail phone system (732-4477, ext 104)and/or email

With every absence, we ask that you complete a Student Absence Health Screening that the office will text you:

The office will inform your child's teacher. If you email your teacher, be sure to copy Thank you!

Please refer to the chart below.

CDC advises, “Quarantine is used to keep someone who might have been exposed to COVID-19 away from others. Quarantine helps prevent spread of disease that can occur before a person knows they are sick or if they are infected with the virus without feeling symptoms. People in quarantine should stay home, separate themselves from others, monitor their health, and follow directions from their state or local health department.”

In the unfortunate situation that occurred last week, the individual was exposed while off campus; but became "Person A". Those students that had "Person A" in their classroom entered into a period of quarantine and are due back on campus November 12th. Regardless of face coverings and >6 distance, we exercised an abundance of caution and asked impacted classrooms to enter into a period of quarantine. Those students became "Person C". Some asked if brothers or sisters of "Person C" were permitted to go to school. These brothers or sisters would be considered "Persons D" and would not have to quarantine unless "Person C" develops symptoms. I hope this clarifies.

In the event someone has been exposed by "Person A", you should expect a call from a contact tracer. For more information about this, visit the CDC website:
